アバタール

ウルティマⅣ以降登場に登場するウルティマシリーズの主人公。

Just to be clear...the Avatar and Guardian did merge. They became a single entity and are now fighting for control of this being. The Avatar is losing this battle and creates Alucinor (I saw it spelled wrong too, gonna bust some heads for that one :P) so people can learn about the Virtues as he did and help him win control. The Guardian's presense is felt in the world through the monsters and the storylines in the quests.
明確にしよう・・・アバタールとガーディアンは融合した。彼らはひとつの存在となり、現在では自らを律する為に戦っている。アバタールは戦いに敗れ、Alucinor（この名は禍々しいね、支配者の中には滅ぼすべきものもいるだろう）が創造されたため、プレイヤーはアバタールがかつてブリタニアを救う為にしたように徳を学び、アバタールが主導権を勝ち得る為の助勢をする事ができる。ガーディアンの存在はモンスターやクエストの際に知る物語を通じて世界の至る所で感じる事ができるだろう。
